The paper delves into the artistic merit, legal considerations, and conservation aspects of Banksy's murals produced during the Ukraine war. Presently, there is a divergence of opinions concerning the artistic value of street art and the appropriate methods for preserving such works as pieces of art. Given the growing commercial significance of Banksy's works, there arises a necessity to evaluate them in the context of Ukraine, taking into account legal implications and the feasibility of their display. The authors scrutinized the challenges associated with utilizing these murals, considering legal perspectives and structural constraints, particularly since the murals are often created on deteriorating buildings.
